CLAUDE LE TOHIC
Chef Claude Le Tohic is an award-winning French chef and restaurateur originally from Brittany, France. A recipient of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) distinction in 2004, he honed his craft in some of France's most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens before being handpicked by the legendary Joël Robuchon to lead his flagship restaurant at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, where he earned three Michelin stars. In 2010, he was honored with the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Southwest.
Today, Chef Le Tohic is the Chef/Partner behind ONE65, a six-story multi-concept culinary destination in San Francisco's Union Square, home to ONE65 Patisserie & Boutique, Alexander's Steakhouse, Elements at ONE65, and the Michelin-starred O' by Claude Le Tohic. In 2023, he coached Team USA to the World Champion title at the International Catering Cup (ICC). A member of Les Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, Chef Le Tohic is recognized worldwide for his unwavering commitment to excellence, creativity, and the finest ingredients.
